Summer at LBC 2015

It is hard to believe, but summer is almost here! While summer does mark the end of another school year, it marks the beginning of a lot of great things here at LaGrange Baptist Church. Below you will find a highlight of 3 exciting events coming up for children, students, and their families:
1. LaGrange Missions (June 14-19): LaGrange Missions is a week of reaching and serving our community through Backyard Bible Clubs and work sites. This week combines the efforts of the students (7th-12th grade) and adults of LaGrange Baptist to promote the gospel in Oldham County. Find out more here.
2. Vacation Bible School (June 22-26): Vacation Bible School is is one week in the summer but a week that changes children’s lives forever. Kids ranging from 4 years old to 6th grade participate in fun-filled games, crafts and Bible lessons centered on an exciting theme. This year’s theme is Journey Off the Map!  The kids will discover that Jesus alone is the Ultimate Guide on a journey uncharted by them, but known by Him. Our goal for VBS is to provide an opportunity for children of all ages to hear the gospel of Christ in a fun, safe and loving atmosphere. We encourage you to join us Monday through Friday (9am-12:15) starting June 22nd as we serve the children of this church and reach out to those in our surrounding community. Find out more here.
3. Crossings Camp (July 13-17): Crossings Camp in Shelby County provides students (6th-12th grade) with an opportunity to receive biblical teaching, build relationships with one another, and have a lot of fun. Find out more here.
