The Five Solas are Latin phrases that embody the core beliefs of Christianity that were recovered during the time of the Protestant Reformation; they are as follows: Sola Fide (Faith alone), Sola Scriptura (Scripture alone), Solus Christus (Christ alone), Sola Gratia (Grace alone), and Soli Deo Gloria (to the glory of God alone).
